The KRD HM-550WC commercial stick blender combines a 550W motor with an extended 400mm food-grade SS304 stainless steel blending shaft. Its variable speed range from 3000 to 16000rpm provides control when mixing, pureeing, homogenising and emulsifying different ingredients.
Designed for central kitchens, restaurants, hotels, cafés and large-scale food preparation, the 400mm shaft reaches into deep pots and mixing containers. It is suitable for preparing soups, sauces, dressings, cooked vegetables, batters and smooth fillings directly inside the container.
