Refund & Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy on brand new, unused products. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Once approved, you will have 14 days to send it back

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition you received it

  • It must include all original packaging, tags, instruction manuals, and proof of purchase

  • Items returned without original packaging or prior approval will not be accepted

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately with clear photos or videos so we can assess the issue and resolve it.

If the product has already been used or installed, it is covered under our 1-year parts-only warranty. In this case, we require a professional engineer’s report confirming the fault before we can send any replacement parts.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used or installed equipment

  • Items missing original packaging

  • Special/custom orders

  • Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers)

  • Personal care items

  • Flammable or hazardous materials

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance items

Exchanges

To exchange an item, please return it following the steps above and include a note requesting an exchange. Kindly also inform us via email once the return has been sent.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. This usually takes 2–5 business days, depending on your bank.

Return Shipping & Fees

If the return is not due to a fault:

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility

  • Original delivery charges are non-refundable

  • Apart from KRD brand equipment. A 25% restocking fee applies to other brands (e.g. Blue Seal, Zanolli, Shaan Tandoori)

Important Notice

Items that have been used or installed are not eligible for return or refund. These are covered only under our 1-year parts warranty and do not include labour or technician costs.
