The KRD KEG-810C is a commercial electric chrome griddle with a flat cooking surface, designed for restaurants, takeaways, snack shops and other catering environments. It is suitable for preparing steaks, burgers, pancakes, teppanyaki-style dishes and other suitable griddled foods.
The mechanical temperature control allows adjustment from 50°C to 300°C, while raised splash guards on three sides help contain grease and oil during cooking. A removable oil collection tray simplifies cleaning, and separate power and heating indicator lights clearly show the operating status of the appliance.
