Looking for a gastronorm cover that keeps food warm and service tidy? This stainless steel 1/9 notched gastronorm lid ("cover with hole") from KRD fits any standard 1/9 GN pan, with a cut-out notch that lets a serving spoon or ladle handle stay in place while the lid is on – ideal for bain maries, buffets and self-service counters.
