Choosing between the KIC8240 and KIC826? Choose the KIC8240 for a higher rated output of 38–48 litres per hour. If 20–28 litres per hour suits your service, the KIC826 is the same width at 540mm and takes up 230mm less cabinet depth (590mm vs 820mm).

Air pump, pre-cooling and standby

The integrated air pump helps create a smoother soft serve consistency and improved overrun when the mix and machine settings are correctly configured.

Pre-cooling helps keep the hopper mix chilled during service, while the standby function supports temperature maintenance between serving periods. Cleaning, sanitising and food-safety procedures must always be followed.
