With a 1800mm wide stainless steel body and 5 x 300W quartz heating elements, it is suitable for holding hot food at serving temperature on a counter, servery or buffet line.
Important information: This unit is designed for holding pre-cooked hot food at serving temperature. It is not designed for cooking or reheating cold food from chilled.
