The KRD FWL151 quartz lamp heating gantry is designed for restaurants, takeaways, buffets, catering counters and food service areas that need to keep pre-cooked food warm during service.
With a 1500mm wide stainless steel body and 4 x 300W quartz heating elements, it is suitable for holding hot food at serving temperature on a counter, servery or buffet line.
Important information: This unit is designed for holding pre-cooked hot food at serving temperature. It is not designed for cooking or reheating cold food from chilled.
