The KRD YSD8A electric convection oven is designed for bakeries, cafes, restaurants, hotels and catering kitchens that need a larger commercial oven for baking, roasting, reheating and steam-assisted cooking.
With 4 x 600 x 400mm tray capacity, a 116L chamber, manual steam injection and twin fan motors, it is suitable for higher-volume cooking while still fitting into a compact countertop footprint.
