Delivery Damages

Before submitting a damage claim, please read the delivery conditions below. These were agreed to at checkout.

Pallet Deliveries (Large Items)

  • Please check the item and packaging before signing.

  • If you see major damage, please refuse the delivery so it returns to us automatically.

  • If the damage is minor/cosmetic, you may accept the delivery and report it within 24 hours.

  • We can usually offer a damage allowance or replacement parts.

  • Damage must be reported within 24 hours with photos.

Parcel Deliveries (DPD, DHL, Royal Mail, Parcelforce)

  • Couriers do not wait during parcel drop-offs.
  • Please inspect your item as soon as it arrives.
  • Any damage must be reported within 24 hours with clear photos of the box and item.
  • Claims reported after this window may not be accepted due to courier policies.
