The KRD YSD8A is a 4 tray commercial convection oven with manual steam injection, designed for bakeries, cafés, restaurants and catering kitchens that need reliable high-volume cooking in a compact footprint.
With 4 x 600x400mm tray capacity, dual heaters, twin fan motors and a 116L cooking chamber, it is suitable for baking, roasting, reheating and humidity-assisted cooking.
Important installation note:
This is a 6400W commercial oven and requires hardwiring by a qualified electrician. It is not a standard 13A plug-in appliance.
