Part of the UK-made Falcon Dominator Plus range, the G3106 six burner natural gas fan assisted oven range provides the ultimate combination of everyday performance, reliability and functionality.

With four shelf positions and double-size (2/1GN) gastronorm tray compatibility, the main oven provides impressive space for bulk quantities of food. And as its fan assisted, the oven ensures even cooking across all four shelf positions, as well as reduced cooking time in comparison to traditional static ovens. The main oven also features double glazed doors - not only allowing easy monitoring of the cooking process, but also acting as efficient insulation - preventing heat loss and reducing running costs.

On top, the six powerful burners offer 5.3kW of cooking power, regulated by the precise front-mounted dial controls. Each burner is both responsive and powerful, giving you the performance you need to fry or boil large pots or pans of food effortlessly. And at the end of service, the strong stainless steel construction and removable pan supports help to keep cleaning times down.
